Unzip to a directory of your choice
In Program Manager create a program item for CLIPRUN.EXE

Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software.  You can use this software for evaluation purposes 
without charge for a period of 21 days. If you use this software after the 21 
day evaluation period a registration fee of $35.00 is required.  Payments 
must be by money order in US dollars and should be sent to:

When payment is received you will be provided with a registered 
copy of the latest version of TeleClip. Registered copies of 
TeleClip do not include an "Evaluation Software" message. 
When ordering please specify the name of the end user.
